چکیده
The Sanjiang Tethyan Metallogenic Domain refers to the Hengduan Mountain Range where Nujiang River, Lancang River and Jinsha run side by side, spanning western Yunnan, Sichuan, eastern Tibet southern Qinghai, including Qinghai-Tibet Plateau Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau, with an area of about 50 × 104 km2. range belongs part global Tethys-Himalayan Tectonic structurally, which is in region Gondwana Eurasia collide significantly, it also intersection tectonic domain Pacific Rim domain. Influenced action Indian Ocean Plate, Plate Eurasian has experienced complicated process Tethys formation evolution, India-Eurasia collision plateau uplift. Therefore, geological structure extremely complex diverse, very favorable metallogenic conditions formed. This one most important prospects nonferrous metals, precious metals oil gas world critical areas study structure.

analogous tectonic evolution of the tethyan and se asian regions*
the study of tectonic evolution of the tethyan and se asian regions indicates that these tworegions have each passed through southwardly progressing sequences of similar tectonic events. both regionshave experienced a southward island-arc subduction and back-arc spreading leading to continentaldetachment from gondwanaland, with an earlier southward island arc subduction of palaeotethys (tethyan...

Boundaries between the various topographic, geologic, and socio-political entities that span the Earth’s continental surfaces are determined by a myriad of complexly interrelated natural and/or cultural factors. Areas of large river basins, of lithologic units on geologic maps, and of nations exhibit size frequency distributions that are closely approximated by density functions in which diamet...

Tectonic Setting of Metabasites of the Neo-Tethyan Oceanic Remains in Sanandaj-Sirjan Structural Zone West of Isfahan, Central Iran
The study area is located in the western portion of Isfahan, in Shahrekord-Dehsard Terrene. This area is part of the Sanandaj- Sirjan structural Zone. In this area, metamorphosed igneous outcrops contain greenschist and metabasite rocks. These rocks have metamorphed into greenschist facies and belong to the Triassic-Jurassic age. The etabasite is mainly composed of plagioclase, amphibole, epido...
